Jermaine Munlin is a passionate husband, leader, and voice for character-based living.
Born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jermaine developed a deep appreciation for resilience, responsibility, and faith.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston.
Through personal transformation, life experience and spiritual grounding, Jermaine created the A.I.R. Framework—Accountability, Integrity, and Responsibility—as a blueprint for individuals who want to live with purpose, lead with principle, and make an impact that lasts.
Married to his wife Katrina for over 13 years, Jermaine is a humble family man who believes that character starts at home. His dedicated mission is to uplift, empower, and walk alongside others on their journey from pain to promise, and breathe life into the world around them.
